The Mentorship and Coaching Circle (TMCC) is a Zimbabwean executive education and professional development organisation focused on developing ethical, competent and transformational leaders.

APRIL is TMCC’s practical development rhythm: Aspire, Plan, Regenerate, Implement and Learn. It provides a simple language for intentional growth, reflection, execution and continuous learning, and it runs through everything we deliver.
Michael Moyo is an accomplished manager with over 15 years of experience across the FMCG, beverages and pharmaceutical sectors, with deep expertise in manufacturing, human resources development, training, lean manufacturing and business management systems. He is a competent lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001:2018 business management systems.
Michael currently serves as Manufacturing Development Manager (MDM), Sorghum Business, at Delta Beverages Private Limited in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Michael's coaching experience was gained over more than a decade working alongside world-class coaches including Shabnam Gounden, Mala Naidoo and Kidwell Nduku of Competitive Capabilities International Growth Consultancy, South Africa. He is also an organisation development practitioner under the mentorship of renowned OD authority Dr Justin Chinoperekweyi.
He founded The Mentorship and Coaching Circle in April 2025 as a platform where coachees and mentees meet to receive learning and development, and hosts a recurring series of weekly Coaching Indabas, Dares and Firesides featuring guest coaches and mentors.
Our founder’s work in coaching, governance and organisational leadership has been recognised nationally and internationally.

We measure our work by what our mentees go on to achieve. TMCC mentees have been recognised across corporate governance, science, innovation, marketing and supply chain.
